Fees

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well-being of children and adults, and financial consideration should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service.

Different people have varying needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, so we provide several payment methods, including a discounted payment-in-full option, monthly payments, a no-down payment option, payment by major credit card and various other financing plans.

The fees for treatment depend on the complexity of the orthodontic problem and the type of appliances used. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefit. We do accept assignment of insurance plans and file the necessary papers to the insurance company. However, because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

If, however, your insurance company should fail to pay our office for any reason, your account balance will be adusted to include the amount not covered by your insurance. We recommend that you call your insurance company to learn as much as possible about your program and confirm that you have coverage and determine any deductible that will need to be satisfied. Ask how often it pays, lifetime maximum age limitation (when applicable), whether payment will start immediately when treatment is started, or whether there is a waiting period. If possible, it is a good idea to get the name and phone number of the person you speak with.

Overall, our desire is to make paying for orthodontic treatment convenient and manageable for you.
